Mrs. Vicky B. has pleasantly progressed with her Spring 2010 Collection. Having two season now under her belt, it seems as though she is pushing her design esthetics towards a more girly, fashion-forward, yet realistic direction. However, one thing does remain the same...which is her signature touch of sex appeal, as she does it quite well.
